Data Processing Addendum

Last updated: 2026-07-20. This DPA stub is for beta documentation only. A counsel-approved DPA must replace it before production processing of customer personal data under GDPR/CCPA-style roles.
1. Roles
For end-customer personal data you upload or sync into Wunn Marketing, you are the controller (or business) and Wunn is the processor (or service provider), except where we process account data for our own operations as an independent controller.
2. Instructions
We process customer personal data only to provide the product, following your documented instructions in the product UI and API (campaigns, syncs, exports, deletions), and as required by law.
3. Security and subprocessors
We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures for the hosting and messaging stack we use. Subprocessors are engaged under written terms that impose protections no less protective than this stub requires; a production DPA will list them explicitly.
